YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sales Inbound. Ưu tiên các ứng viên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành du lịch, ngoại ngữ.
- Sử dụng thành thạo nghe/nói/đọc/viết Tiếng Anh Hoặc Ngôn ngữ hai
- Có kinh nghiệm, hiểu biết về thị trường du lịch Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar
- Lên chương trình, báo giá tour , tư vấn cho khách hàng
- Kĩ năng chăm sóc khách hàng sau khi kết thúc tour
- Có thể làm việc theo nhóm
- Có kĩ năng sử dụng tin học cơ bản : Word , Excel
CHẾ ĐỘ KHEN THƯỞNG:
- Lương cơ bản từ 8-50 triệu/tháng + % + thưởng
- Thời gian làm việc : 8h30 – 12h và Từ 13h30 – 17h30 : NGHỈ CHIỀU THỨ 7 VÀ CHỦ NHẬT
- Đóng Bảo hiểm xã hội

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in Inbound Sales. Preference will be given to candidates who graduated with a major in Tourism or Foreign Languages.
- Proficient in English or a second language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills).
- Knowledge and experience in the tourism markets of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
- Ability to create tour programs, prepare quotations, and consult with clients.
- Strong customer care skills, including post-tour support.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
