Emperor Cruises’ Cruise Itinerary

DAY 1: HA LONG – EMPEROR CRUISE (Meals: Lunch + Dinner)

08:00  Shuttle bus picks up the group at the Grand Theatre or hotel in the Old Quarter – Hoan Kiem district, then departs for Ha Long (via the new expressway).

12:00  The group arrives at the Emperor Cruise pier in Hon Gai. Guests prepare to board the cruise and enjoy a welcome drink (freshly squeezed fruit juice) while listening to the captain’s safety instructions for cruising in the bay. Afterwards, the group checks into their rooms and rests.

13:00  Guests will enjoy lunch with elaborately prepared dishes showcasing authentic Vietnamese cuisine at Can Chanh restaurant. While enjoying lunch, the Emperor cruise will take the group to Bai Tu Long Bay, where they can admire the beautiful scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay with its thousands of large and small rocky islands…

At 3:00 PM  , the cruise anchors near Thien Canh Son Cave. Guests will transfer to smaller boats to explore the stunning beauty of one of the most beautiful caves in Bai Tu Long Bay, with its magical and magnificent system of stalactites and stalagmites (guests will spend approximately 45 minutes exploring the cave). Afterwards, return to the ship to rest.

17:00  The Emperor Cruise will take the group back to the Cong Do area. Along the way, guests are free to relax and admire the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. Guests can experience free massage and sauna services or go up to the deck to admire the sunset over Ha Long Bay (this is also a great time for guests to freely take beautiful photos).

17:30  The cruise will take the group back to the overnight mooring location (near Cong Do area) – one of the safest places in Ha Long Bay. The group will participate in a tea (or coffee – upon request) tasting program and watch the sunset over Ha Long Bay. Afterwards, the chef will guide you in preparing some traditional Vietnamese dishes (guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the dishes they have prepared).

7:30 PM:  Guests will enjoy a luxurious dinner at the cruise restaurant with exquisitely prepared and elaborate dishes… After dinner, the group is free to relax or participate in evening activities on the cruise such as: watching movies, night squid fishing or registering for massage and sauna….

At 10:00 PM, the group spent the night on the boat.

DAY 2: HA LONG – HANOI (Meals: Breakfast + Lunch)

06:15  Welcome to a new day with the breathtaking scenery of Ha Long Bay. Guests can freely breathe in the fresh morning air of Ha Long Bay and enjoy tea or coffee afterwards, then participate in a Vovinam class – a traditional Vietnamese martial art (with an instructor) to feel comfortable and relaxed.

06:45  Guests will have breakfast at the cruise restaurant (while the cruise takes the group to Vung Vieng Fishing Village – one of the largest and most famous fishing villages in Ha Long Bay (guests will board a small boat and begin their journey to explore the pristine beauty and experience the daily life of the people living in this fishing village (exploration time is 45 minutes – guests are free to take photos and enjoy the scenery)).

08:30  The group returns to the Emperor Cruise, then has free time to relax in their rooms or go up to the deck to admire the natural beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay (during the journey, the cruise will take the group back to Hon Gai pier).

At 9:30,  guests should prepare their luggage and complete the check-out procedures.

09:45  Guests will enjoy an early lunch at the restaurant with elaborately prepared and beautifully presented dishes. Afterwards, the group will have free time to relax and admire the beautiful scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay with its thousands of large and small islands creating a stunning natural landscape.

11:00  The cruise docks at Hon Gai – Vinashin tourist pier. A transfer boat takes the group ashore, ending the journey on the bay. Afterwards, a vehicle will pick up the group and take them back to Hanoi (via the new expressway). After a journey of over 2 hours by car, the group arrives back in Hanoi, concluding the trip. We look forward to seeing you again.
