ITINERARY:
Day 1: Arrival to Hanoi – Hanoi city tour (L/D)
Arrival to Hanoi, pick up and transfer to Hanoi downtown, check in at the hotel (check in time 2pm).
Today, we will have a half day Hanoi city tour. Hanoi has always been a symbol of culture and a source of pride throughout history, bustling Hanoi offers a charming blend of new and old. The French-colonial era has left a legacy of beautiful buildings, with the Old Quarter a fascinating area to explore on foot…
Begin the tour to the Center of Vietnam’s government: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum with Ba Dinh square where all important events of the country will take place here, opposite Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is Vietnam Parliament House, and beside is President Palace.

Next place is one of the most beautiful Pagoda of Hanoi name Tran Quoc pagoda on an island of Hanoi West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history line dating back to more than 1,500 years, it is A cultural relic – A religious institute – A historical witness.
Continue to Hoan Kiem Lake where is central point of Hanoi city, visit King Ly Thai To statue, learn more about history of more than 1000 years of Hanoi capital; then walk around Hanoi Old Quarter with small streets & old houses, feel friendly people with typical Vietnamese smiles offer you the true feeling of this capital city…

Day 2: Ninh Bình – Trang An cave (or Tam Coc) & Hoa Lu – Hanoi (B/L/D)
Start our day tour to Ninh Binh province where you will come first is Trang An, take a small sampan wooden boat trip slowly rowing through serpentine streams, between the blooming mountains and valleys. The 2.5 hour rowing boat takes you to sacred sites and through some mysterious water caves (there are 3 direction options).

Along the way, there are spectacular transitions as you get into a dark cave and a whole new picture appears right in front of your eyes at the exit. Follow the boat’s schedule, you can drop off the sampan boat to visit some on-land attractions. We can enjoy the fresh air, clean and clear water with underwater grass. Experience ourselves the feeling and emotion when we are in the water caves.
After discovery in Trang An, we moved to Hoa Lu ancient capital situated 7 km from Trang An to continue our day tour in Ninh Binh. Upon arrival, ornate temples that worship the Emperors will catch your eyes at first sight. These temples were constructed to honor King Dinh Tien Hoang, King Le Dai Hanh, and King Ly Thai To. On the site, you are told about the story of the first three centralized feudal states of Vietnam: the Ding dynasty, the Le dynasty, and the Ly dynasty.

Day 3: Hanoi – HaLong bay with Overnight on Cruise (B/L/D)
Today we leave Hanoi for Halong Bay, “Dragon Descending to the Sea”. Halong Bay is one of the most beautiful and impressive sights in Vietnam. Ha Long Bay has twice been recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Area for its exceptional scenic beauty and one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. Upon arrival, we will embark on an overnight Cruise; Check in your beautiful room with an ocean view from your bed. Have Seafood Lunch at cruise’s luxury restaurant while the cruise goes around limestone islands, floating villages and beaches on HaLong bay… Stop for Swimming, Kayaking if weather permits. Have dinner on board.

Day 4: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Flight to Da Nang (B/Brunch/D)
Early morning experience Tai Chi exercise on the top deck of the Cruise or enjoy sunrise behind mountains on the bay. Have a light breakfast and continue the cruise to see other parts of Halong Bay.
Having Brunch on the cruise and disembark at around 11:30 am and return to Hanoi in the afternoon. Transfer to the airport for flight to Da Nang. Pick up and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Da Nang
Day 5: Da Nang- Full day Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge (B/L/D)
Morning, departing to Ba Na Hills, pass the sea-shore on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, one of the most beautiful roads of Da Nang City and Red Beach, where the French first landed in Da Nang.
Arrive at the Cable car station at the foot of Ba Na Mountain. Enjoy the first leg Cable car, which achieved two Guinness World Records in 2009, longest non-stop cable car (5,042m) and highest non-stop cable car (1,292m). Sitting in the cabin, in mid-air, looking upon the endless tree line of the forests, brings you with spectacular views of the lush jungle and fairly waterfalls along the way.
First, step on Golden Bridge which stands 1,400m above sea level in the Ba Na Hills, extends over the treetops from the edge of a leafy cliff face offering tourists uninterrupted views of the majestic landscape beneath. The Golden Bridge is the latest tourist attraction in Da Nang and has attracted hordes of guests since it opened.

Visit the Le Jardin, old wine cellar, remains of French Villas and Ling Ung Pagoda with 27m high Buddha status. We then leave Le Jardin for the second cable car station to visit the top of the mountain and see the remains of old villas. Conquer the Peak of Chua Mountain at the height of 1,487m. View the whole Da Nang city under the cluster of white clouds.
Leave Peak of Chua Mountain, visit the trail of Dreaming Stream, Rainbow Waterfall, Suspension Bridge, Golden Valley, and the ruined Opera House. Enjoy 105 free games at Fantasy Park and speed slide… Play with wild monkeys and take photos, then we return to Cable car station at foot of Ba Na Mountain then transfer to Danang and return to the hotel overnight.

Day 6: Da Nang – Marble Mountain – Hoi An town Tour – Night train to Ho Chi Minh city (B/L/D)
Pick up and visit Marble Mountain which is a group of five limestone peaks situated seven kilometers from downtown Da Nang. The five karsts (called Ngu Hanh Son in Vietnamese) are named after the five elements: Kim (metal), Thuỷ (water), Mộc (wood), Hoả (fire) and Thổ (earth), you will visit a pagoda in the cave and also get bird view of the city from the mountain.
After visiting Marble Mountain, move forward to Hoi An ancient town which is also known as Faifo.
Thanks to favorable geographic and climatic factors, Hoi An was a busy international port, where the Japanese, Chinese and Western merchant ships met during the 17th and 18th centuries. Hoi An town with its peace and ancient history has become one of the most popular tourist attractions that appeal to the travelers of all tastes and cross over the continents. In 1999, Hoi An was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Exploring Hoi An on foot is one of the best ways to absorb the beauty of this city. While walking around Hoi An, exploring the small yet beautiful town, which tourists (even frequent visitors) find to be a place of quiet and peace. The unique atmosphere combines elements of Vietnam, China and Japan.

The most remarkable views are from the ancient houses, reminding visitors of a long gone past and providing a momentary glimpse of a more subdued and simple time. Visit to Hoi An Market, Hoi An Museum, many of the town’s renowned Ancient Houses which boast a remarkable architectural style, Assembly Halls of Chinese influence, Art Craft Manufacturing and of course the must-see Japanese Covered Bridge. These spots are considered as typical architecture styles in Hoi An and reflect clearly the cross culture among France, Japan, China and Vietnam. Over hundreds of years and withstanding the severity of the weather, Hoi An still exists and keeps the ancient and quiet beauty…

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh city – Cu Chi Tunnel (B/L/D)
Morning, we arrive in Ho Chi Minh city, pick up and we will drive overland to Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese guerrillas to protect the region against the American attacks during the Vietnam War. The tunnels were used by Viet Cong soldiers as hiding spots during combat, as well as serving as communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous North Vietnamese fighters. The tunnel systems were of great importance to the Viet Cong in their resistance to American forces, and helped to counter the growing American military effort. We can even crawl a part inside the tunnel, visit their infirmary, kitchen…. to discover how people had survived hereby.

Back to Ho Chi Minh City for oriental city tour Nguyen Hue streets, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office: Built between 1877 and 1883 this is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture.
End of the tour is Ben Thanh Market: This bustling market is very popular with tourists, primarily due to its central location. It has a wide selection of goods ranging from fake Nike shoes to beautiful silk Ao Dais.

Day 8: Arrival to Siem Reap – Oriental city tour (B/L/D)
Morning flight to Siem Reap Cambodia (airfare is not included).
Arrival to Siem Reap,You will be welcomed and greeted by our professional tour guide at Siem Reap airport and transferred to the hotel (The room may not yet be ready until afternoon).
After check in, we take short walk along the road in front of the King’s Residence to see the Main Shrine, where the local people usually worship, with its statue of Yeay Teap, Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm. Buying jasmine and lotus flowers to worship is very important for the Cambodians.
We will also visit Artisans D’Angkor where young Cambodian are trained to learn how to do carving before visiting one of the city’s lively open market, Psar Chars, also called the “Old Market”, where anything and everything is for sale!

Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel check in.
Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 9: Siem Reap – Angkor Temple Complex – Siem Reap (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor Wat five towers symbolize Merus’ five peaks – the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond.
We continue to the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

We will end our day discovering Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Late afternoon, you will enjoy a Remork ride (commonly called Tuktuk) around the city and you will have a blessing ceremony by a Buddhist monk for prosperity, happiness and safety for your trip. Overnight in a hotel in Siem Reap.

– Visitors are required to wear proper attire, covering shoulders and knees (no short, miniskirt or short trousers).

Day 10: Siem Reap – Tonle Sap Lake – Departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel, we visit the floating village, located about 15 kilometers south of Siem Reap. We take a boat trip in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake, the Great Lake of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia.

We spent the rest of the day visiting the Chantiers Ecoles – Les Artisans Angkor which provides training to young Cambodians in an effort to revive the ancient Khmer traditions of stone carving and wood sculpting. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

After lunch, we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City, endings your 10 days Vietnam Cambodia tour.
