Halong Bay is in northern Vietnam, 170 km (105 miles) east of Hanoi. The bay is famous for its scenic ocean karst topography and is often included in lists of natural wonders of the world. Halong Bay is a bay located in the area of the Gulf of Tangkia, north of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It has an area of 1,500 square kilometers and has a coastline about 120 kilometers away from Hanoi.

Arrival Hanoi- HoaLu- Tam Coc (B/L)
08:00 Leave Hanoi Capital for Ninh Binh, enjoy the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way. About 10:00 arrive Hoa Lu, visit the two temples of King Dinh and King Le in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu). King Dinh Tien Hoang chose this mountain location as the water systems fed from the mountains were perfect for both agriculture and defence. Enjoy the sight of palaces, pagodas, tombs and pavilions built by different dynasties and visit the Dinh and Le Temples, the two remaining architectures of Hoa Lu. Have lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long river to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way, you also have a chance to see the paddy field if you visit Tam Coc in April or September.
Then visit Bich Dong Pagoda comprising three pagodas located at different levels on a green mountain and the setting of the French film ‘Indochina’

Pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the pier to board a superior cruise where welcome drinks await. After check-in, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the magical bay where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the water like dragon teeth. After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay. Swim on a quite beach, or sunbathe on the deck. In the afternoon, back on board for the sunset view and have a chance to enjoy a cooking class at a restaurant then enjoy the meal you have prepared.
