Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Welcome guests at Noi Bai International Airport (New Terminal Gate 02 (Meeting point at Column 10)) then transfer to the city for hotel check in. However, hotel standard check in time starts from 14:00 hours, early check-in to hotel rooms is subject to room availability or at the hotel’s own discretion.

At 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM, our guide will welcome you at your hotel then start the walking tour to discover the Old and French Quarter.

Nowadays, the villages were turned to streets and many of them didn’t feature the business as it names anymore. But it’s worth your time to wander along the old streets and you surely gain many exciting experiences. Despite the damages that the Vietnam War left in Hanoi, the Old Quarter still retained much of the original traits that interest tourists, especially those with architectural passion. These houses are neither tall buildings as people normally see in cities nor stilt houses on lines of poles, which were popular in Vietnam’s mountainous regions these days. They are also called “tubular houses” which are short and narrow but have great length.

After walking around and enjoying some interesting places in the Old Quarter, you will be guided to the Hoan Kiem Lake area and start to explore the French Quarter. Although the French colonial period ended a long time ago, much of French arts and Deco style are still imprinted in this quarter creating a unique, magnetic and charming Hanoi with its elegance and nobility.

Tour will end around 12.30 or 5.30 PM.

Day 2: Hanoi- Hoa Lu- Tam Coc (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch)

The charming and poetic mountains of Tam Coc

Breakfast at the hotel, departing to Ninh Binh Province, we visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years was under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, the country named Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai to move the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu there are now 2 temples built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.

➤ Proceed to local restaurant for lunch and continue an amazing boat ride to Tam Coc, you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long River to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way, you also have chance to see the paddy field if you visit Tam Coc in April or September.

➤ After the boat trip, we drive back to Hanoi. Enjoy dinner on your own & Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Tour with Kayaking/Rowing Boat (Meals: Breakfast/Lunch)

7h30-08h00: Our Tour guide will pick you up at the hotel in HaNoi Old Quarter then depart to Halong Bay by Expressway Transfer.

10h30: Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax

12h00 – 12h30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Welcome to Cozy Bay Premium Cruise or Similar cruise. We will take you on a 5-6 hour journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which is renowned for its striking passages, uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes while having lunch on boat.

14h00: You will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives

15h00: Visit Titop Island with sandy beach to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Titop Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

16h00: Then do kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discover the beautiful Lagoon.

17h00 – 17h30: Cruising back to Tuan Chau harbor. There is a lot of time for enjoying a sunset party with tea, cakes, sunbathing on the upper deck with music and enjoying the great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.

18h00 – 18h30: We get on the bus back to Hanoi by Expressway, have a short break for 20-30 minutes.

21h00 – 21h30: Arrive at the hotel in HaNoi Old Quarter. Trip ends.

Day 4: Hanoi Departure (Meal: B)
