  • Ba Be National Park Located 250 km away from Hanoi and 70 km away from Bac Kan’s center, Ba Be National Park belongs to Ba Be district in Bac Kan province. This is a precious natural heritage of Vietnam, a complete and complicated system of primitive forest on stone mountains which are surrounded by tranquil lakes. The national park covers a total area of 23.240 ha which houses 417 types of plant and 299 types of animal. There are a plenty of precious and endangered species that inhabit in this region.
  • Hua Ma Cave is located in Quang Khe Commune, Ba Be District. The cave has only recently been discovered so it is still almost untouched and enigmatic. The cave has been naturally shaped during the many-thousand-year process of geological changes. It is 700 meters in length and in some places the cave opens up and is 50 meters in height. Inside the cave, there are thousands of stalagmites and stalactites of different shapes; some look like small towers, others are like a statue of Goddess of Mercy or a formal court of mandarins in the feudal time.

DAY 2: BA BE LAKE – HUA MA CAVE – HANOI (cycling)

DETAIL ITINERARY :

  • HA NOI – BA BE LAKE (Boat trip)

    07h00 Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi to Ba Be National Park.

    12h30: Lunch in Ba Be Lake View homestay, the highest homestay in our village.

    14h00: Take a walk to boat station in Pac Ngoi village (1km).

    14h30: Enjoy 2 hour boat trip around the lake to Fairy Pond, An Ma temple.

    16h30: Bamboo rafting and swimming in the lake – the most special activity in Ba Be Lake.

    17h30: Hiking back to the homestay and have dinner here.

    20h00: Enjoy traditional Tay musical performance (excluded). You can share the show with other tourists.

    21h00: Overnight at homestay of Tay people’ traditional house-on-stilt.

    Meals: Lunch, dinner.

  • BA BE LAKE  – HUA MA CAVE – HANOI (cycling)

    07h30: Breakfast at our homestay.

    08h00: Cycling to visit Hua Ma Cave (6km), biggest one in Ba Be National Park.

    11h00: Come back to homestay. Check out and have lunch here.

    13h30: Get in the van then come back to Hanoi.

    19h30: Arrival in Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel. Tour ends.
