• Full Payment (with any Additional cost) is requested as soon as tour is confirmed or discuss with tour operator.
• Transportation using until 21:00, over time surcharge USD10/hour

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation will calculated from the day the written notification is received by the customer or company as a percentage of the total tour price as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as golfing’s & hotels or transportation).

Cancellation fee is counted as :

*More than 30 days prior to arrival : 10% of total booking value + 10% government tax of deposited amount + all penalties imposed by suppliers includes golfing, hotel and transportation.

*From 30 days prior to arrival or no show : No refundable
