DETAILS ITINERARY:

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Welcome guests at Noi Bai International Airport (New Terminal Gate 02 (Meeting point at Column 10)) then transfer to the city for hotel check in. However, hotel standard check in time starts from 14:00 hours, early check-in to hotel rooms is subject to room availability or at the hotel’s own discretion.

At 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM, our guide will welcome you at your hotel then start the walking tour to discover the Old and French Quarter.

Nowadays, the villages were turned to streets and many of them didn’t feature the business as it names anymore. But it’s worth your time to wander along the old streets and you surely gain many exciting experiences. Despite the damages that the Vietnam War left in Hanoi, the Old Quarter still retained much of the original traits that interest tourists, especially those with architectural passion. These houses are neither tall buildings as people normally see in cities nor stilt houses on lines of poles, which were popular in Vietnam’s mountainous regions these days. They are also called “tubular houses” which are short and narrow but have great length.

After walking around and enjoying some interesting places in the Old Quarter, you will be guided to Hoan Kiem Lake area where you can pay a visit to Ngoc Son temple and start to explore the French Quarter. Although the French colonial period ended a long time ago, much of French arts and Deco style are still imprinted in this quarter creating a unique, magnetic and charming Hanoi with its elegance and nobility.

Tour will end around 12.30 or 5.30 PM.

07:30 Pick you up from your hotel and transfer to the pier to board a superior cruise where welcome drinks await. After check– in, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the magical bay where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the water like dragon teeth. After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay on Titop Island. Swim on a quite beach, or sunbathe on the deck. Day 3: Halong Bay – Sung Sot Cave- Hanoi (Meals: B/L/)

Wake up call to admire the dramatic sunrise on the bay. Relax with a tea or coffee cup before departing to the splendid Sung Sot Cave where stalactites hanging from the high ceiling. Enjoy lunch with Vietnamese cuisine onboard while cruising back to harbor for a transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi- Sapa- Cat Cat Village (Meal:B/L/D)

7.00: Pick up from your hotel, and depart for Sapa. Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break.

11.00: Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa

12.30: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

Check in Hotel. Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes,

14.30: A short drive to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for a photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for a bus to pick up to get back to Sapa . Free time for your dinner

Day 5: Sapa- Lao Chai- Ta Van Village-Hanoi (Meal:B/L/)

Have breakfast at hotel, A short drive to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain after that heading to Ta Van village – home of Dzay ethnic people. Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa. Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Relax and leisure on your own, shopping

15.00: Get on the bus to go back to Hanoi with two comfort breaks.

20.00: Arrive hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi- Hoa Lu- Tam Coc (Meals:B/L/)

Antique beaty of Hoa Lu ancient capital

Breakfast at the hotel, departing to Ninh Binh Province, we visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years was under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, the country named Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu there are now 2 temples built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.

➤ Proceed to local restaurant for lunch and continue an amazing boat ride to Tam Coc, you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long River to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way, you also have chance to see the paddy field if you visit Tam Coc in April or September.
