• Ba Be National Park Located 250 km away from Hanoi and 70 km away from Bac Kan’s center, Ba Be National Park belongs to Ba Be district in Bac Kan province. This is a precious natural heritage of Vietnam, a complete and complicated system of primitive forest on stone mountains which are surrounded by tranquil lakes. The national park covers a total area of 23.240 ha which houses 417 types of plant and 299 types of animal. There are a plenty of precious and endangered species that inhabit in this region.
• Ban Gioc Waterfall Ban Gioc Waterfall is one of Vietnam’s most impressive natural sights. Located in the northeastern province of Cao Bang, the falls are 30 metres high and 300 metres across, making Ban Gioc the widest – but not the highest – waterfall in the country. The falls occur on the Quay Son River, a beautiful jade-blue body of water, flowing through a pastoral landscape of rice fields and bamboo groves, surrounded by limestone pinnacles.

DETAILS ITINERARY:

• Meals Day 1
  Hanoi – Ba Be Lake- Puong Cave (Meals: L, D)

  You will depart from the journey to Ba Be National Park, a drive of approximately 150 miles (230 kilometers). Along the way, you will stop to visit a Tay ethnic minority community; the second largest ethnic group in Vietnam after the Viet’s who specialize in the cultivation of rice. You will continue to Ba Be National Park for a boat ride along the Nang River, with time to explore the stunning Ba Be Lake, the caves of Puong Cave and the legendary Widow Island. You will also visit the stilt houses of the Tay community in Pac Ngoi Village, where you will spend the night in a local homestay. At the homestay, you can relax and unwind from the day and enjoy a meal of home cooked local food.

• Meals Day 2

  Ba Be Lake – Ban Gioc Waterfall- Nguom Ngao Cave (Meals: B, L, D)

  Morning: After breakfast, you will set off to the province of Cao Bang.close to Vietnam’s northern border with China

  Lunch in a local restaurant in Quang Uyen town.

  Afternoon: Visit the Ban Gioc Waterfall, the 4th largest waterfall along a national border. Visit the Nguom Ngao Cave (Tiger cave). known for its wonderful limestone formations. You will then make your way to Cao Bang town for an overnight stay in Hotel.

• Meals Day 3
  Cao Bang – Pac Bo – Ha Noi (Meals: B, L)

  Morning: After breakfast, we will start the trip to visit Pac Bo means “mouth of source” in the local language. Pac Bo is the original point of Vietnam revolution as this place cements the special important historical period in the life of Uncle Ho and Vietnam revolution since 1941-1945. After 30 years abroad seeking a way for rescuing the nation, on January, 28th, 1941, passing the border mark No 108, Nguyen Ai Quoc – the former name of President Ho Chi Minh at that time, returned and selected this place to stay and guide the Vietnam revolution. Have a lunch at local restaurant and going back to Hanoi. Get into Hanoi about 18:30
