Enjoy a breakfast buffet at your hotel. Spend a fun day learning about local life in central Vietnam. visiting a local village, ride in a traditional basket boat and learning to fish as the natives do. A hands-on experience that’s fun for the entire family.

We start to go to Tra Que Village, We make a pit stop at a local vegetable village to see the daily activities of the farmers. Continue to cycle along the De Vong River to Hoi An dock where we board a boat to the Cua Dai beach where we work with local fisherman to try out the traditional methods for casting a local fishing net.

Back in the boat onwards, we go to Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village where we change our transport for a round basket boat to float along the river. Our local fisherman guides will teach us how to catch crabs and row our oddly shaped circular boats. Our time on the water finishes with a basket boat race – a little competition and fun!

A well-earned lunch of local cuisine is served at a nearby family home. After lunch, we learn how to use coconut leaves to make different tools and visit a village craftsmen’s house to see traditional methods at work.
